Arab News | | | JEDDAH: A lecture on Prophet's companions will be held today at a venue close to the Isteqdam office in Jeddah. This is part of a monthly lecture series on 10 heavenly-bound companions of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Abdul Sattar Khan, a journalist and researcher, will be the main speaker. "The struggle and sacrifices that the 10 companions of the Prophet (pbuh) made for the cause of Islam is a source of inspiration for all people to come. These lectures are very informative and those attending will gain a lot of knowledge," said Abdul Mateen Osmani, one of the event's organizers. Banks in the UAE, grappling with a recent wave of ATM frauds from outside the country, reiterated their call for customers to change their ATM card’s PIN (personal identification number) to block criminals from accessing their accounts.
